  Carefully repackage your bike or accessories in the original factory packaging to ensure protection during transit and attach the provided prepaid shipping label.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For bicycle returns, use our portal to schedule a professional courier pickup at your convenience, or drop off smaller gear packages at any authorized shipping location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
